IECA 2010 Summer Camp

The International Evangelical Church of Alabang (IECA) held a summer camp for members of its Youth Program in Forest Club last 24 to 26 May 2010. There were 37 participants in all, together with 5 facilitators led by Mr. GIno Mendiola.

"When I asked the youth what the highlights were in this year's camp, most agreed that it was the activities in the eco-adventure program and the prayer and worship sessions during the evenings in the conference room," Mendiola said.

"The Church's youth ministry is still young and this was the 3rd summer camp. But this has been labeled as the "best camp" so far."

The IECA Youth Program is for the young people of the Church as well asthe youth from Alabang and Muntinlupa areas who join our outreachprograms. Teens between the ages of 13 - 21 are invited every Saturdayto fellowship and develop a meaningful relationship with God.

"Everyyear the IECA Youth Program holds a summer camp to further reinforcewhat they learn in our weekly sessions, develop a habit of worship, mature spiritually, and equip them to minister to others, andfellowship under one church family to honor and glorify our Lord andSaviour Jesus Christ," Mendiola further explains.
