English Tutors Hurdle Tough Test at the Forest Club

"Walang hiya kayo, pinahirapan niyo kami!", Joel Aguada jokingly quipped as he and his seven-man team finally stumbled into the finish line.

In the end though, after a hearty lunch and a refreshing dip in the heated pool, the head of Magister English Training Center was all praises for what he and thirty of his teachers and staff went through.

"It was really an enjoyable and productive day. Thank you for hosting us."

An English language education and training institiute, Magister English Training Center (www.magisteretc.com) held its teambuilding activity in Forest Club last 10 November 2007.

But instead of availing of the Eco Adventure Program, Magister chose to take the Eco Adventure Race challenge, the newest activity offered in Forest Club.

The Eco Adventure Race challenge calls for competing teams having to fulfill fifteen tasks in a race against the clock. The tasks are varied. Many are physical, some are mental and a few are even psychological in nature. But all are definitely fun.

The Eco Adventure Race was won by the team led by Amie Navarro and Marissa Aguinaldo. Their seven man team completed all the tasks in one hour and thirty-five minutes. Joel Aguada's team finished in third, forty-five minutes after the winning team but twenty minutes ahead of the last team.
