"The Best Student Seminar Ever!"

Eighty-one Grade 5 students from PAREF-Southridge School spent three days and two nights in Forest Club last 19-21 September 2007 for their Student Seminar. And they were all unanimous in saying that this by far, was the best student seminar they've ever attended.

Despite the heavy downpour on Day 1 which prevented them from having outdoor activities, the boys nevertheless had a great time. Day 2 had them undergo the Eco Adventure Program. From the Forest Canopy Walk to the Bamboo Rafting and Hanging Bridge. From the Obstacle Course to the Ski Relay. The boys enjoyed every minute of their stay.

The boys were led by their class adviser, Mr. Mann Rentoy, and six other teachers.

This was the second Southridge Student Seminar held in Forest Club this school year. Last 13 to 14 September 2007, fifty-three Grade 2 students also trooped to Forest Club for their seminar. Other Grade Levels from both the Primary and Intermmediate Schools will also have their seminars in Forest Club later this year.

Other bookings from Southridge School this year include the Leadership Seminar conducted by the High School Student Council last 20 to 21 July 2007 and the Training Workshop for the Servers' Club last 8 to 9 September 2007.
