Kythe Summer Camp 2007

Forest Club hosted the 2007 Kythe Summer Camp last 13 to 15 April 2007. Forty-one pediatric patients from UST Hospital, AFP Medical Center, National Children's Hospital, National Kidney and Transplant Institute and Tarlac Provincial Hospital spent three fun-filled days in Forest Club.

The activities were led by Kythe Executive Director Girlie Garcia and Camp Directors Ninin Sumapico and Dianne Jimenez. Volunteers and staff from Kythe, Kythe-Ateneo and the affiliated hospitals pitched in to help make the annual camp enjoyable and memorable for the kids.

The camp featured activities like art sessions and a talent night show. The kids also experienced Forest Club's Eco Adventure Program.

Kythe is a non-stock, non-profit corporation whose mission is to uplift the spirits of pediatric patients and their families through programs and advocacy works.

Founded in 1992 by Ateneo de Manila University psychology students, Girlie Garcia and Icar Castro, Kythe continues to reach out to pediatric patients through it's Child Life Program.
